Made for Yours order policies

Made to order

We produce custom apparel from the saved design you approve. Check every text line, size, color, quantity and delivery address before paying. Screen colors and illustrative previews can differ from the finished product. Only items supported by checkout can be purchased; other products shown in the studio are previews.

Pricing & delivery

Front-print tees are $24 each. Standard shipping is calculated for your US delivery address; applicable tax and the final total appear at payment. Production takes time in addition to shipping transit. We do not guarantee arrival by your event date. If an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, we will review it and contact you rather than silently substitute a different design or variant.

Changes, cancellation & problems

Production can begin automatically after payment, so contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We cannot promise that a change is possible after production starts. Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your approved order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review a replacement or refund. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will arrange a refund. These policies do not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Your artwork

Use only artwork and text you own or have permission to reproduce. You authorize us and our fulfillment supplier to reproduce the approved design for your order. We may decline content we cannot lawfully or appropriately print.

Privacy

We store your saved design and order details to process purchases and provide support. Our print supplier receives the design, delivery name, address and contact information needed for fulfillment. Stripe processes payment; we do not store your card number. Browser cookies associate your saved designs and order status with your browser. We do not sell your personal information or enroll you in marketing from this checkout.
